The Wisconsin Undergraduate Journal of Science (WISCI), a new fully student run undergraduate research journal, is set for launch next week. The journal will publish peer reviewed news, features and research articles relating to research on campus. Eric Butzlaff serves as editor-in-chief.
Funded and advised by the College of Letters and Science Honors department, the first issue of the journal will include topics in the natural and physical science and also social sciences such as psychology and anthropology. WISCI will showcase undergraduate research work that otherwise goes unnoticed, with the aim to induce students to get involved in research.
The journal will be published once a semester in print and will be available online at
http://www.wisci.com. Undergraduate students may submit research articles online.
