Sustainability: Research and Practice. Dr. Tom Kimmerer, Executive Director of the American Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education, will serve as editor-in-chief of the journal, the premier issue of which will be published this fall.

Sustainability: Research and Practice will be available both in print and online. It seeks to provide an opportunity for researchers and practitioners to communicate with one another. The new journal will focus on the environment, global warming and climate change; and energy, ecological, and resource conservation initiatives to ensure a sustainable future, as well as societal considerations in a global context. Also, it will cover peer review papers, news and commentary, interviews, and profiles of leading people as well as corporate profiles.
