STM publisher Elsevier, Netherlands, has announced that it will hold the Third European Conference on Sensory and Consumer Research on September 7-10, 2008, at the University of Applied Sciences, Hamburg, Germany. Industry experts will be joining together to hear about cutting edge research and innovative ideas in sensory and consumer research.
The event will provide an opportunity to find how the latest findings in sensory science can be meaningfully used for successful product innovations. The three day conference will also look at the increased importance of sensory science in connection with innovative R&D and marketing, and how information relating to socio-demographic, psychographic and behavioural factors are responsible for consumer preferences.
