Academic and scientific publisher Medknow Publications, India, has announced that it will publish Annals of Cardiac Anaesthesia (ACA), the official journal of the Indian Association of Cardiovascular Thoracic Anaesthesiologists, from 2008. A quarterly peer-reviewed journal, ACA is indexed with PubMed/MEDLINE, IndMed and MedInd.
The journal's full text will be available online at www.annals.in. With the aim of faster and better dissemination of knowledge, Medknow will publish articles 'Ahead of Print' immediately on acceptance. In addition, the journal would allow free access (Open Access) to its contents. Authors will not be required to pay for submission, processing or publication of articles in ACA.
