Subscription services provider Swets, Netherlands, has announced that after 4 years as CEO of Swets, Arie Jongejan has decided to step down from his position as of December 31, 2008. The process to appoint a successor to Arie is underway. The Executive Board of Swets, under the leadership of Siebe van Elsloo, will continue to deliver on the plans for 2009.
Under his leadership Swets has significantly strengthened its position with both customers and publishers through innovative product and service development. Jongejan has successfully led the Company through a change in ownership and has helped establish a very positive relationship with the new shareholders and Supervisory Board.
