Journal of Physics G: Nuclear and Particle Physics, published by IOP Publishing, has announced the publication of papers based on plenary talks and oral presentations presented at Quark Matter 2008. Quark Matter 2008, the 20th International Conference on Ultra-Relativistic Nucleus-Nucleus Collisions, was held in Jaipur, the Pink City of India, from February 4-10, 2008.
The issue contains the latest theoretical overviews on the state of the field, latest results and updates from ongoing experiments and also discusses theoretical predictions for future experiments at the LHC, FAIR and J-PARC. It is targeted at any researcher working in the area of relativistic heavy-ion collisions and quark-gluon plasma. These papers are currently available for free at http://www.iop.org/EJ/toc/0954-3899/35/10, and will remain freely available for the next 30 days.
Many research papers in this area can be found in other Journal of Physics G issues. With an impact factor of 3.485, the authors are projected to enjoy high visibility and a broad international audience across more than 2000 institutions.
