Non-profit electronic archiving service provider Portico, US, has announced that it will preserve the online version of the Indiana University Mathematics Journal. With this inclusion, over 8,000 e-journals and 4,400 e-books have now been entrusted to the Portico archive.
Through this agreement with Portico, the journal will be preserved and made available for future scholars, researchers and students. The Journal has named Portico as a mechanism to fill post-cancellation access claims and has also agreed to make an annual financial contribution to Portico.
Founded in 1952 and edited by faculty members of the Department of Mathematics of Indiana University, the journal is committed to fostering both pure and applied mathematics by publishing original research conjoined with a high level of expository clarity.
