The Digital Gene Expression Workflow is fully cross-platform, working with Illumina, SOLiD, Helicos and 454 reads. The workflow is enabled by GenomeQuest's high-speed commercial-grade algorithms, data management structure, and powerful compute cluster to deliver results within hours.
