STM publisher Elsevier, Netherlands, has announced the appointment of Dr. Lajos P. Balogh, as the new Editor-in-Chief of the journal Nanomedicine: Nanotechnology, Biology and Medicine (Nanomedicine: NBM).
Dr. Balogh has been involved in nanotechnology research since 1996 and is presently active in various interdisciplinary directions. He has published over 180 scientific papers and has been awarded 12 patents on dendrimers, nanocomposites, cancer imaging and treatment, analytical chemistry, separation science, technology, polymer synthesis and characterisation.
An online journal published by Elsevier, Nanomedicine: NBM presents basic, clinical, and engineering research in the field of nanomedicine. Article categories include basic, diagnostic, experimental, clinical, engineering, pharmacologic, and toxicologic nanomedicine. The journal is indexed in MEDLINE from Volume 1, issue 1 and is available online at www.nanomedjournal.com.
