The Scientific business of Thomson Reuters, US, has announced that EndNote X2 for Mac now integrates with Pages '09, the word-processing application in Apple's office productivity suite. Users of Pages '09 can now automate the citing and formatting of references for scholarly publishing with EndNote X2.
EndNote is Thomson Reuters' commercial reference management software package used to manage bibliographies and references when writing essays and articles.
EndNote X2 connectivity with Pages '09 allows Mac users to include accurate and comprehensive bibliographic information quickly and easily. Users can search EndNote libraries within Pages '09 and select references to cite. The citations and bibliography are formatted instantly in thousands of journal styles and users can reformat bibliographies in Pages '09 by simply selecting a different style, with no additional typing required.
