IOP Publishing expands customer service department -

Non-profit scientific publisher Institute of Physics (IOP) Publishing, UK, has announced that it is expanding its customer service provision with the appointment of a full time representative in its Philadelphia headquarters.

The company already supports its customers in North, Central and South America by employing nine dedicated account managers and a customer service team in the UK. This new move will significantly extend the hours that customers are able to get direct, first hand assistance to answer questions and address any issues.

Cole Charron joined IOP on September 26, 2011. Customers can direct their questions to him either by phone at (800) 358-4677 or by e-mail at custserv@iop.org. He brings over 10 years' of experience of working in customer service specialising in technical support.
