Publisher Mary Ann Liebert, Inc., US, has launched Liebert for Mobile (L4M), providing 24/7 mobile access to the company's entire online collection of more than 70 authoritative journals and Genetic Engineering & Biotechnology News (GEN).
Users will now have on the spot access to subscribed content from their personal mobile devices anytime and anywhere they want it with full online functionality. L4M offers an enriched LiebertOnline mobile user experience and includes features such as institution pairing for 24/7 access to content through your associated library or institution; full functionality including full text searches, sharing, and browsing capabilities; offline access; and social sharing via LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
To access the L4M site, users are required to open their mobile device's web browser and go to www.liebertonline.com. L4M will automatically detect that you are visiting via a mobile device and render the appropriate user interface. This will work on iPhones, iPads, Android phones, and BlackBerry phones. A comprehensive User Information Center on the L4M site provides easy-to follow instructions and troubleshooting information for those new to the platform.
