Healthcare information provider Wolters Kluwer Health (WK Health), US, has announced that Fort Worth Endoscopy Center (FWEC) has selected its ProVation MD software for procedure documentation and coding. The Center has also opted for ProVation EHR electronic health record and patient charting solution, which is designed for busy, cost-conscious Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs). FWEC is an ambulatory surgery center designed primarily for outpatient gastrointestinal endoscopy procedures.
ProVation EHR seeks to offer electronic documentation and document imaging for all elements of the patient encounter, from past records to procedure documentation to follow-up care. ASCs using the product can expect to have affordable access to a single, patient-centric documentation system that eliminates printing and chart storage costs and streamlines workflow.
