Scientific informatics software and services company Accelrys, Inc., US, has announced that it is showcasing its leading scientific business intelligence platform, Pipeline Pilot, at the ongoing ACS Fall 2010 Conference being held at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center.
The company is also displaying its Materials Studio and Discovery Studio modeling and simulation applications; DiscoveryGate, a tool for assessing compound availability and comparing compound prices; as well as its leading electronic laboratory notebook, Symyx Notebook by Accelrys. Accelrys and Symyx Technologies, Inc. will be exhibiting for the first time as a combined company in booth #942.
Additionally, Accelrys experts will discuss the benefits and disadvantages of the current approaches for storing biological sequence information at a session titled 'Self-contained Sequence Representation (SCSR): Bridging the Gap Between Bioinformatics and Cheminformatics'.
