Thomas Telford Publishing, the UK-based knowledge business of the Institution of Civil Engineers, has announced that it is changing its name to ICE Publishing, effective August 2010.
Over the next few weeks, the company will be communicating the name change to customers and introducing a new look and feel for ICE Publishing. ICE Publishing aims to deliver required reading for all civil engineers - from undergraduates through to consultants and lecturers. The name change has been made based on extensive consultation with customers.
The ICE Publishing name is intended to complement but be distinct from the activities of the Institution of Civil Engineers and it is not intended to change the ICE's charitable work as a professional membership body.
