STM publisher Elsevier, Netherlands, has announced the launch of the Journal of Computational Science. The journal aims to be an international platform to exchange important novel research results in simulation-based science across all scientific disciplines.
The Journal of Computational Science will publish advanced, innovative interdisciplinary research where complex multi-scale, multi-domain problems in science and engineering are solved, integrating sophisticated numerical methods, computation, data, networks, and novel devices. The journal welcomes original, unpublished high quality contributions in the field of computational science at large, addressing one or more of the aforementioned elements.
The editorial board is led by Editor in Chief, Professor Peter M.A. Sloot of the University of Amsterdam. P.V. Coveney from the University College London, UK, and J. Dongarra from the University of Tennessee, US, will serve as associate editors.
