STM publisher Elsevier, Netherlands, has announced the launch of Mosby's Skills+, an online skills evaluation tool that allows nursing and care professional teams to standardize, measure and document knowledge and skills. Mosby's Skills+ combines the power of evidence-based content in Mosby's Skills with the flexibility and user-friendly interface of the Elsevier Performance Manager.
Mosby's Skills+ offers the ability to customise content and upload new skills, as well as provide detailed assessments, automatic assignments for new and existing employees, and the ability to archive lessons and learning tasks. It also includes 20 free continuing education (CE) lessons from Mosby's Essential Nursing CE eLearning course. Developed within a framework of regulatory and professional practice standards, the continuing nursing education lessons mirror best practices in healthcare.
Useful for seasoned nurses as well as onboarding new staff, the Mosby's Skills+ content is designed to emphasize evidence-based information in an interactive format.
