Medical publisher BMJ (British Medical Journal) Group, UK, has announced the appointment of forensic psychologist, Professor Graham Towl, as editor of Evidence Based Mental Health. Evidence Based Mental Health is one of an extensive range of specialist titles published by the BMJ Group.
Professor Towl is a Chartered Psychologist and Fellow of the British Psychological Society. He is Professor of Psychology at Durham University. He has over 20 years' experience in academic and clinical settings, and was Chief Psychologist at the Ministry of Justice (2005-2008).
Evidence Based Mental Health, the jointly owned publication of the British Psychological Society, The British Medical Association and the Royal College of Psychiatrists, was launched in 1998 and is published quarterly. It evaluates all areas of essential mental health research from a wide range of international medical journals.
