Digital content products and technologies provider ebrary, US, has announced that CHOICE has acknowledged its flagship Academic Complete e-book subscription database as 'highly recommended' to lower level undergraduate students and above. CHOICE is a publishing unit of the Association of College and Research Libraries, and the premier source for reviews of academic books, electronic media, and Internet resources of interest to those in higher education.
Since the review, which is available through Choice Reviews Online, ebrary has grown Academic Complete to include more than 50,000 e-books from leading publishers with simultaneous, multi-user access. The product now includes DASH! (Data Sharing, Fast) also. DASH enables librarians to upload and integrate their own digital content right from their computers.
Academic Complete is an interactive eBook database that covers all academic subject areas. The database is available 24/7 through any web-enabled device including the iPad. Through November, ebrary is offering significant discounts on Academic Complete.
