Questia, part of Cengage Learning, US, has announced that the Questia Library app is now compatible with the iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch. On the heels of its successful free iPhone and iPod touch app that helps college students write better research papers faster, Questia has released the universal version that now includes the iPad app, making Questia's vast online library and research tools accessible on all iOS devices.
Questia, an online research tool for students, saves students valuable time on research papers and projects. With Questia, students can accurately cite sources, format papers in seven different styles, and organise their notes, research and sources all in one place. Librarians have specially selected Questia's 77,000 academic books and 4 million journal articles - many of which are peer-reviewed.
The free Questia Library app gives anyone access to read more than 5,000 free books. When Questia members download the app, they gain full mobile access to Questia for as long as their accounts remain active, at no additional cost. Members can now get the complete Questia experience from the convenience of their iPads. They can search and read from the entire collection, organise research, manage saved projects, and access Questia's tools for automatically creating citations, footnotes, and bibliographies.
With mobile usage ranking highest among the college demographic, Questia has further enhanced how students are able to access their Questia accounts and research on the go. The free Questia Library iPad app is now available for download in the iTunes store.
