B2B event organiser UBM plc has announced the appointment of Katryn Shineman Blake ("Trynka Shineman") as a Non-Executive Director with effect from March 1, 2016.
As President of Vistaprint, a leading global online provider of professional marketing products and services to micro business owners, Trynka leads the company's technology, product and marketing strategies. Her career in marketing spans more than 18 years and all facets of the marketing discipline. She has focused on acquiring and retaining customers at scale in both e-commerce and traditional marketing settings.
Neither Shineman nor any connected person holds any interest in UBM securities.
