The Geological Society of London (GSL), a major international Earth science publisher, has announced a partnership with Boston-based publishing technology company ReadCube to index their scholarly journals and books with ReadCube's Discover service. Over 20,000 articles are now searchable across ReadCube's web, desktop, and mobile reading portals and also included in ReadCube's search engines, related article feeds and popular recommendation engine.
When read within any of the free ReadCube apps, GSL articles will be available in ReadCube's Enhanced PDF reading format. Enhancements include hyperlinked in-line citations and figures, annotations, clickable author names, instant access to supplemental content, social sharing, and altmetrics.
The Geological Society Publishing House is a major international Earth science publisher. The Society publishes a diverse range of books and journals, with over 8000 pages of new peer-reviewed geoscience literature being made available every year.
