Oxford University Press to publish American Journal of Comparative Law -

Academic publisher Oxford University Press (OUP) has signed an agreement with the American Society of Comparative Law (ASCL) to publish the American Journal of Comparative Law (AJCL), the leading journal in the field, from January 2017.

The AJCL is a peer-reviewed journal which has been publishing high-quality articles from pre-eminent comparative law scholars worldwide for over 60 years. The journal's Editors, Professor Helge Dedek (McGill University) and Professor Franz Werro (Georgetown University/University of Fribourg) apply rigorous editorial criteria to ensure the journal only publishes the highest quality research.

The AJCL joins OUP's strong existing presence in comparative law and will complement OUP's existing book, journal, and online comparative law publishing.
