The Association of Research Libraries (ARL) has published the fourth profile in a series highlighting digital scholarship support at ARL member libraries. The latest installment in this series features the work of the University of Florida Libraries.
The University of Florida profile presents a brief history of the evolution of the Center for the Humanities and the Public Sphere (CHPS) and the Digital Humanities Working Group (DHWG) and an overview of the current support provided by these two groups, including information about collaborations, staffing, projects, challenges, and solutions. The University of Florida (UF) piece also describes and links to three selected projects: dLOC: Digital Library of the Caribbean, the UF Digital Humanities Graduate Certificate, and Unearthing St. Augustine.
