Maney Publishing to publish WFOT Bulletin on behalf of the World Federation of Occupational Therapists -

Academic publisher Maney Publishing will be the new publisher of the World Federation of Occupational Therapists Bulletin on behalf of the World Federation of Occupational Therapists (WFOT), from 2015.

Currently published biannually, the WFOT Bulletin is the official publication of the WFOT. Its aim is to promote awareness and understanding of the Federation and its activities and services, the development of the occupational therapy profession worldwide, and the international exchange of professional knowledge and experience.

The Bulletin will continue to be edited by Dr Kit Sinclair, who has been the Editor since 2009, publishing papers in English, French, Spanish and German. The intention is to increase the journal to three issues per year by 2017. The latest issues and back archive will be accessible online to WFOT members and Bulletin subscribers through Maney's state-of-the-art platform, Maney Online, and alongside other journals on related topics, such as the Journal of Spinal Cord Medicine and the International Journal of Developmental Disabilities.

World Federation of Occupational Therapists is the key international organisation representing over 80 national occupational therapy associations worldwide and 420,000 occupational therapists globally. Founded in 1952, WFOT is a Non-Government Organisation (NGO), which has been in official relations with the World Health Organisation (WHO) since 1959 and recognised by the United Nations (UN) since 1963. www.wfot.org.
