In a move that will add considerable experience and expertise to its marketing department, EBSCO Information Services (EBSCO) has hired Faye LaCasse as the Director of Product Marketing. She will oversee marketing efforts for several product lines including e-books, subscriptions and Flipster® digital magazines.
LaCasse spent more than 10 years at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where she was a two-time recipient of the Houghton Mifflin Strategic Achievement Award, before moving to Pearson North America. In 10 years at Pearson, she held several positions, including the most recent position of the Director of Marketing, US Learning Services, and earned the Integrated Marketing Services Applause Award in Innovation.
According to EBSCO Senior Vice President, Marketing, Scott Bernier, LaCasse has a proven track record of leading teams in understanding what customers need and creating strategies that allow clear communications to meet those needs. She will be supervising a strong team that works across a number of areas.
