The Journal of Advertising Research marks its 56th year of publication with a new online reading service now supported by HighWire's platform solutions. More than 70 issues of the Journal of Advertising Research (JAR), the Advertising Research Foundation's (ARF) preeminent journal, published quarterly by Warc, are now live on HighWire, a technology platform and strategic partner to scholarly publishers and societies.
Full-text HTML articles and mobile-responsive design increase discoverability and create what Warc calls 'a convenient and enjoyable reading experience anywhere on any device.' New features for readers of JAR include easy navigation by topic and Digital First articles.
The new Journal website will have an open house from January 18-31. All articles will be freely accessible, giving new readers the opportunity to explore content and the site.
