Oxford University Press now publishing Current Zoology -

Academic publisher Oxford University Press (OUP) is now publishing the fully Open Access journal, Current Zoology. OUP officially took over publication of the journal in January 2016. The first issue published by OUP was in February.

Current Zoology (formerly Acta Zoologica Sinica, founded in 1935) is a bimonthly, peer-reviewed international journal of zoology. It publishes primary research papers in all fields of zoological sciences. The journal encourages interdisciplinary and innovative work in the field.

According to Editor-in-Chief, Professor Anming Meng, this collaboration will further improve the quality, promote international recognition, and enhance the impact of the journal. The latest articles are available to read online at http://cz.oxfordjournals.org/.
