Academic publisher SAGE Publishing will begin publishing Methodological Innovations, an international, open access journal, focused on debating and considering innovation within, and the wider issues around, innovative research methods.
In a time of great advancement in the production and study of innovation and practice of research methods, reflection on the wider issues pertaining to their use is fast developing. The possibilities of new technologies, combined with a growing interdisciplinary enthusiasm from researchers, have been key factors in driving changing approaches to the study of research methods, methodology, and practice. In this light, Methodological Innovations seeks to be the principal venue for publishing peer-reviewed, social-research methods articles, providing a forum to present and address these methodological advances and debates in social research method and methodology.
Ross Coomber, John Scott, Gayle Letherby and Peter Carrington, serve as Editors of the journal.
