Oxford University Press and Zhejiang University Press launch new, peer reviewed open-access journal - Food Quality and Safety -

Academic publisher Oxford University Press (OUP), together with Zhejiang University Press (ZUP) in Hangzhou, China, has launched a new, peer reviewed open-access journal - Food Quality and Safety (FQS).

The editors-in-chief, Dr. Kunsong Chen (Zhejiang University) and Dr. Mondher Bouzayen (French National Institute for Agricultural Research) will ensure FQS offers an international and comprehensive overview of food production and nutrition, food processing technology, and food distribution and shelf life.

FQS will be published quarterly. FQS is initially waiving article processing charges and offers prompt peer review and rapid international dissemination. The journal is available at https://academic.oup.com/fqs.
