UNCW psychology professor Mark Galizio has been named as editor-in-chief of the Journal of the Experimental Analysis of Behavior.
JEAB, a peer-reviewed academic journal of psychology, was founded in 1958 by the Society for the Experimental Analysis of Behavior and is still considered the pre-eminent outlet for basic research in the field of behaviour analysis.
Galizio has served as associate editor for four years and a member of the JEAB editorial board for six separate terms beginning in 1984. The editor-in-chief position is elected by the Society for the Experimental Analysis of Behavior Board of Directors, a group of distinguished scientists. His four-year term begins September 2019.
