In this session, CCC Director of Product Engagement, Jill Shuman joins Scott Lawrence, Head, Electronic Resources at Shire, and Evgeny Victorov, KM Lead (Upstream) at Gazprom Neft, to share lessons learned, strategic ideas, and tactical tips to align knowledge management (KM) with business needs and priorities. Attendees will learn how effectively engaging with leaders across departments, building relationships with core end users, and evolving corporate missions to meet the critical needs of R&D organisations will pave the way to KM success.
Shuman recently joined CCC, focusing on customer engagement and development of products and services that meet their emerging needs. Previously, she served as the Head of Knowledge Management at Shire. In this role, Shuman led a team of information professionals responsible for biomedical literature review, competitive intelligence, copyright support and operational management for more than 23,000 employees across the globe.
