The 2005 National Scholarly Communications Forum will be held at the State Library of NSW, Sydney on September 27. The theme of the event is ‘Open Access, Open Archives and Open Source’, with participation from Australian and international professionals and policy-makes. John Unsworth, professor at the University of Illinois and Chairman of the American Council of Learned Societies Commission on Cyber Infrastructure for the Humanities and Social Sciences, will give the keynote presentation.
