The Association of Learned and Professional Society Publishers (ALPSP) will conduct a training course in London on October 4, 2005 to impart technical the know-how on maintaining an online platform that enables effective online services. The participants, primarily non-technical staff, will be familiarised with the knowledge and skills required to provide result-oriented online services. The course will focus on industry best practices for designing web interfaces, using and testing paper prototyping designs for online services and using the ‘persona’ strategy to model the typical users of the online services.
