Due to several requests to extend the deadline of the call for contributions to OPFCON, the final deadline is now 17:00 CET on January 31, 2020. OPFCON will take place on June 10 at the Austrian National Library in Vienna. The theme is open sustainable digital preservation.
2020 marks 10 years of the Open Preservation Foundation. To honour this occasion the Foundation is inviting submissions for their global conference and consider how OPF has helped shape the digital preservation community.
Contributions that consider the following areas are welcome: Knowledge sharing, policy and best practice; Innovation and technology; and Sustainability through community collaboration. Contributions may take the form of presentations, panels or roundtable sessions, lightning talks or posters.
Submissions will be reviewed and selected by the OPFCON working group, comprising OPF members. Submitters will be informed of their selection in February.
