JSTOR partners with APA to offer academic monographs through JSTOR’s ebook program -

JSTOR is partnering with the American Psychological Association (APA) to offer academic monographs through JSTOR’s ebook program. More than 500 titles are available now, and APA will continue to add new academic titles as they are published.

Like all ebooks on JSTOR, APA’s titles are accessible in an unlimited-user model without digital rights management restrictions, mirroring the platform’s user experience for journal articles. Ebook chapters are also seamlessly integrated and cross-searchable with journals and primary sources on JSTOR.

Notable content from the APA includes books on an array of psychology topics such as: journal article reporting standards, multicultural considerations in research, theories of psychotherapy, deliberate practice, trauma and PTSD, and spirituality.

Content also includes books addressing particular populations, such as children, immigrants and refugees, the LGBTQ community, and those struggling with addiction and substance use.

Libraries can acquire APA ebooks on JSTOR through Demand-Driven Acquisition or firm orders, either directly through JSTOR or through its partner GOBI Library Solutions.
