Ex Libris, a ProQuest company, has announced that Lincoln University is the first institution of higher education in New Zealand to go live with the Ex Libris Leganto® course resource list solution. Leganto serves lecturers, librarians, and students at the university and provides the institution with a digital repository for course materials. Leganto is integrated with Lincoln University’s Ex Libris Alma® library services platform and Ex Libris Primo® discovery and delivery solution.
Prior to the adoption of Leganto, Lincoln University’s former digital repository proved difficult to manage for both librarians and lecturers. The modern, user-friendly Leganto interface makes it much easier for lecturers to create resource lists and enables the library to implement workflows for course resources more efficiently.
In addition, Leganto enhances the student experience by providing online access to course materials.
