Ex Libris, part of Clarivate plc, has announced that The University of Southern Mississippi (USM) has gone live with the Ex Libris campusM™ mobile app and web portal.
The campusM solution is helping the university drive student success through deep integrations with library services and with core university tools such as the Canvas learning management system and Microsoft Outlook. These integrations enable students to access vital learning information all in one place and with just a few taps on their mobile devices. In addition, the campusM app enhances the digital student experience through customizable home screen tiles and access to personalized information related to classes, university events, library resources, timetables, and more.
With the implementation of the mobile app and web portal, the university is encouraging departments to create and distribute digital content. Instead of the diverse systems in use up to now, all departments have access to the campusM drag-and-drop interface, thus helping USM cut costs while also increasing the output of useful digital content.
