The American Chemical Society (ACS) has announced the commencement of a groundbreaking read and publish agreement with the University of Puerto Rico – Río Piedras Campus. This transformative agreement, effective through December 2025, marks a significant milestone in facilitating open access publishing and expanding access to premier research resources for affiliated researchers at the university.
One of the key features of the agreement is the provision for affiliated authors to publish their research open access in any ACS journal without incurring article processing charges (APCs).
