ChronosHub has announced the launch of a new author interface, designed to significantly enhance the author experience throughout the entire publishing process. Building on ChronosHub’s platform for publishers, this innovative interface serves as a unified solution, seamlessly integrating a publisher’s author-facing systems to provide a consistent and streamlined experience.
At the heart of the launch is the new ChronosHub author dashboard. The centralized hub provides authors with a single place for accessing all publisher interactions, integrating data from existing ChronosHub publisher modules as well as other selected systems.
Each publisher has their instance on the ChronosHub platform, so what is presented to authors in their ChronosHub author dashboard is unique for each publisher and configured depending on the underlying systems and integrations set up. That could include peer review, payment, or production systems.
The platform is built to meet accessibility standards and is fully responsive, ensuring it can be used on mobile devices and tablets.
ChronosHub’s current services for publishers include a pre-submission Journal Guide, a submission interface, and post-acceptance article processing where authors can determine their final publishing choice, sign their publishing agreement, and pay any author charges.
