EBSCO Industries (EBSCO) has announced the appointment of Annie Callanan as the new CEO of EBSCO Information Services (EIS), effective August 5, 2024. Callanan will succeed Tim Collins, who is retiring after more than 40 years as CEO of EIS.
Callanan brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having previously served as COO of ProQuest, CEO of Quantros, and most recently as CEO of Taylor & Francis. Over the past two decades, she has focused on strategically growing innovative and profitable businesses in the knowledge and information services sector.
It is expected that Callanan's leadership will further advance EIS's mission and continue to drive the company's growth and success.
