The University Libraries are excited to announce a new agreement that allows University of Arkansas (U of A) researchers to publish in Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) journals without incurring any article processing charges (APCs). This opportunity is made possible through a collaborative agreement negotiated by the Greater Western Library Alliance with the publisher.
Under this agreement, any faculty, staff, postdoc, or student affiliated with the U of A Fayetteville campus who serves as the corresponding author can publish their research as open access in RSC journals at no cost. This initiative reflects the University's commitment to supporting open access publishing, ensuring that the research produced by its scholars is freely accessible to a global audience.
To learn more about this agreement and other library-hosted programs that support open access publications, researchers are encouraged to visit the University Libraries' online guide. This resource provides detailed information on how to take advantage of these programs and make scholarly work more widely available.
