DORA (Declaration on Research Assessment) has announced the appointment of Dr. Giovanna Lima as its new Program Manager. In her new position, Dr. Lima will oversee the day-to-day operations of DORA, manage key projects, and play an instrumental role in driving the organization’s mission forward. This includes fostering community engagement and advancing DORA’s goal of improving research assessment practices globally.
The announcement also recognized the contributions of former staff members, Haley Hazlett and Zen Faulkes, along with Liz Allen and Janet Catterall, who have assisted DORA with the transition over the past year.
As the new Program Manager, Dr. Lima is the primary point of contact for the organization and is eager to engage with the DORA community. She can be reached at giovanna.lima@sfdora.org.
DORA is looking forward to Dr. Lima’s leadership as the organization continues its efforts to enhance the global landscape of research assessment.
