Dr. Madison Ngafeeson appointed Editor-in-Chief of IJBDAH -

IGI Global Scientific Publishing has announced the appointment of Dr. Madison N. Ngafeeson, an analytics professor and Director of the Business Data Analytics Program at Palm Beach Atlantic University, Florida, as the new Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Big Data and Analytics in Healthcare (IJBDAH). In this role, Dr. Ngafeeson will lead the journal’s mission to advance open-access research in big data, driving innovations that shape data-driven healthcare solutions.

Established in 2016, IJBDAH is dedicated to the management and analysis of large-scale healthcare data, focusing on emerging challenges in informatics. The journal serves as a platform for exploring technological advancements that transform medical and healthcare practices.

Dr. Ngafeeson brings extensive expertise in information systems and big data, holding a Ph.D. in Information Systems from the University of Texas-RGV, a master’s degree in information systems from Southern University at New Orleans, and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Buea, Cameroon. He has also earned a business analytics certification from Harvard University and has a background in medical laboratory sciences.

His research examines the intersection of technology and human behavior, and he has contributed to multiple IGI Global Scientific Publishing publications, including the International Journal of Web-Based Learning and Teaching Technologies (IJWLTT), the International Journal of Healthcare Information Systems and Informatics (IJHISI), and Advanced Methodologies and Technologies in Medicine and Healthcare.

Dr. Ngafeeson’s leadership will reinforce IJBDAH’s commitment to both theoretical advancements and practical applications in big data. His expertise in analytics and digital transformation will guide the journal in fostering new insights that enhance personalized patient care and healthcare decision-making.
