Environmental Engineering Science, a peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advancements in environmental engineering and science, has announced the appointment of Dr. Venkataramana Gadhamshetty as its new Editor-in-Chief. Dr. Gadhamshetty succeeds Dr. Catherine Peters, whose leadership and service have played a significant role in shaping the journal into a respected publication. With nearly 25 years of experience in environmental engineering, Dr. Gadhamshetty is recognized for his pioneering work in convergence research that integrates fundamental science with practical environmental solutions. His research spans critical areas such as biofilm science, water and wastewater management, water infrastructure, and sustainable materials.
