Prince of Songkla University (PSU) has announced a new open access (OA) publishing partnership with the academic publisher Taylor & Francis. The arrangement represents PSU’s first Read and Publish OA agreement and includes reading access to both journals and electronic books (eBooks).
Under the agreement, researchers affiliated with Prince of Songkla University will be able to publish open access articles in more than 2,000 Taylor & Francis and Routledge Open Select hybrid journals. Each article published through the agreement will be freely accessible to readers worldwide.
The Read and Publish agreement also provides PSU staff and students with continued access to Taylor & Francis resources including journals covering the social sciences, medicine, science, and technology along with hundreds of eBooks in key subject areas. The partnership supports PSU’s commitment to the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by enabling research across education, medicine, and industry to inform evidence-based policymaking and professional practice.
The agreement represents the first Read and Publish open access arrangement concluded by Prince of Songkla University and is described as supporting the university’s approach to open access research as part of sustainable development efforts.
