The OASPA 2026 Annual Conference will be held from September 21–23, 2026 at Hotel Dubrovnik in Zagreb, Croatia. The program will address key challenges in open scholarly communication, featuring interactive sessions, lightning talks, panels, and keynotes. Topics include the role of open knowledge in society, sustainability in open access, interoperable infrastructure, algorithmic governance, trust in scholarly communication, and the evolution of open access agreements. The closing session will synthesize discussions from across the three days and contribute to a post‑conference working group focused on principles and practices for building a more open and reliable scholarly record.
