Sage wins six APEX Awards for educational and professional resources -

Sage has received six 2026 APEX Awards recognizing excellence in digital learning, video, and professional development resources. The awards highlight contributions from Sage, its imprint Corwin, and Epigeum, with entries selected from approximately 1,000 submissions.

The honors include two Grand Awards and four Awards of Excellence. The Grand Awards were presented to Sage Video Documentaries, which curates collections exploring complex social, cultural, and political issues, and Developing Mathematical Reasoning, a Corwin title designed to support teachers in guiding students through math development.

The Awards of Excellence recognized:

Sage Skills: Succeeding in Your Final Year, an interactive digital resource supporting students in higher education.

Artful AI in Writing Instruction, a Corwin publication offering strategies for middle and high school teachers to integrate AI into writing instruction.

Sage Business Foundations, a digital resource introducing students to key theories and practices in business and management.

Epigeum Responsible Conduct of Research, an online program covering principles and responsibilities across the research lifecycle.

Karen Phillips, Executive Vice President of Sage Learning Resources, noted that recognition across multiple categories reflects the subject expertise of Sage’s teams and the quality of its content. She emphasized that the resources are designed to meet teaching, learning, and research needs across diverse audiences.

The awards underscore Sage’s continued investment in resources that promote critical thinking, responsible research, and effective teaching. As an independent publisher, Sage focuses on advancing social and behavioral science disciplines and supporting the development of research and education practices.

Now in its 38th year, the APEX Awards competition honors publishers, editors, writers, and designers for excellence in editorial content, graphic design, and overall communications achievement.
