The 16th GW Ethics in Publishing Conference, themed “Integrity by Design,” will take place on October 23, 2026, as a hybrid event in Arlington, Virginia, and online. Organized by George Washington University’s Graduate Program in Publishing, the conference will bring together publishing, library, and scholarly communications professionals to explore ethical leadership, research integrity, publishing equity, responsible AI, transparent peer review, accessibility, and metadata-driven approaches to strengthening the scholarly record. The keynote will be delivered by Wendy Queen, Chief Transformation Officer at Johns Hopkins University Press, on “Integrity in Innovation and Transformation.”
