On March 30, 2026, the ALMASI Project will host the second Cross-regional Diamond OA Policy Forum online, connecting policymakers, funders, and open access experts from Africa, Latin America, and Europe. Building on recent regional meetings, the forum will highlight key insights and emerging priorities from each region, while fostering dialogue on shared policy approaches, regional challenges, and opportunities for future collaboration. This international exchange aims to strengthen equitable, diverse, and community-driven pathways for Diamond Open Access, supporting a more inclusive scholarly publishing ecosystem worldwide.
